Immovable property are

1. State Committee for Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy of Ukraine, 2. territorial [district (rural) and urban] to the state registration of rights to property, and 3. Qualification Commission of State Registrars rights 4. archives of the state registration of rights. Methodological and regulatory support activities of the state registration of rights by the State Committee for Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Justice. The state registration of rights to immovable property, as well as providing information on registered rights, the issuance of relevant documents, provision of information of the State Register of Rights and related services to the state registration of rights to property shall be on a fee basis in the amounts established by the Bureau of State Registration of Rights. The procedure of state registration of real estate registration procedure begins with the admission of the applicant's documents for state registration of the registrar. The procedure of state registration of rights and a list of legal documents concerning its conduct must be approved by the State Committee for Construction, Architecture and Housing Policy of Ukraine jointly with the Ministry of Justice.
