Improved planning business in Russia

In the current economic conditions to improve business in Russia and its various aspects, such as planning, there are certain prerequisites. So, on the basis of summarizing the results of empirical studies of different planning models and analysis of industry publications in Russian scientific-practical journals can distinguish two phases of the planning systems of domestic industry (shown in Figure 1).
